Caribbean Flush  
helped Me Lose Half My Size!

So, there I was, sipping my cold coffee, feeling a bit down one day, and then boom! My friend Liza calls and drops a bombshell. 

She sounded so excited. She said a simple evening trick called “Caribbean Flush” could help me. "It worked great for this lady I just met and it possibly could work for you".

And guess what? It did!      
This simple evening trick has helped me shed pounds and got me back to feeling healthy and confident.

I finally feel like I got my life back on track.

Let me give you a little backstory.

My journey starts at the beginning of last year, when things really started to change.

We had lived in Fargo for a long time, but as we got older, the bitter cold winters were too much for us. ☃️

I was feeling exhausted all the time. Just thinking about fitness made me feel hopeless about my health.

Also, things were not so great between my husband and I. The magic was fading. I could see it in his face. He was getting tired of how our life was going. So, we talked about it and decided we need a life change.

As luck would have it my, husband was up for promotion with his job. Since our kids were all grown up, we chose to move to Denver when he got a great job offer there.

We said goodbye and good riddance to Fargo's cold, snowy, below-zero winters. And "hello" to Denver, Colorado, which is warm, sunny, and full of fun things to do outside.🧗♂️
I didn't know (or knew but didn't care) that I had grown to almost 236 pounds over the years. 

I never thought about that when I lived in North Dakota. It was cold and windy, so I was always wrapped up, even in the cool summers. Plus my eating habits was poor.

(If you're like me, you've noticed that keeping track of your food gets harder as you get older, much harder. So, I bet you can relate to my story)
But things were different in Denver, Colorado, it was warm and full of things to do. Everyone was always out and about wearing workout clothes and shorts with crop tops.
 
As soon as we got to Denver, my husband was always going somewhere. He wanted to go hiking, swimming, riding bikes, and even light mountain climbing. This was not working out for me.

He would ask me to go with him all the time, but I always had an excuse not to.

I was too embarrassed to wear shorts and a t-shirt out in public, let alone a swimming suit. And I wasn't in any shape to try to climb a mountain.

So, I kept sitting at home by myself while he went out and did all the things metro Denver had to offer. Even in the bedroom, I felt embarrassed about myself.😟😔

I knew things weren't going well because my husband wanted to spend time with me, but I always said "not today."

I could see the frustration in his face every time he asked, but I had a reason or body part in pain that prevented me from going. That was around the time when he ask for some space.

My world just felt like it hit a brick wall and to make things worse the next day.  My doctor called about my test results. 

Doctor Stevens informed me that my health is not looking well. My "excessive weight" is causing some concerning health issues.

The primary cause of my increase in size was...


A change in my hormonal levels due to my age! 

These SAME hormones that have been affected are linked to depression and poor sleep quality!  

And low levels put me at risk for other controversial ailments like:
  • Diabetes
  •  High Blood Pressure
  • ​ Congestive Heart Failure
  • ​ Kidney Disease
  • ​Metabolic Syndrome
  • ​ Cardiovascular Disease (CVD)
The same disorder that already stole my body was now coming for my LIFE!

I was devastated. It was my wake-up call. I had to change if I was going to save my life and my marriage. So, I tried…
  • ​Walking
  • ​Jenny Craig
  •  Atkins
  • ​Keto
  • ​Yoga
  • Weight loss exercise shows on TV and every new diet I heard about. (I even bought Spanx) 
Even though I tried hard, I couldn't get the scale to move. The flabby arms and the cellulite legs were still there.

My Life Was Falling Apart...I Lost All Hope.

So I gave up and went back to eating the foods and meals I liked. ☕🍷🍫🧁
IT LOOKS LIKE I HAD DECIDED I'D BE OVERWEIGHT FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE.
Liza, my new best friend, is a flight attendant. She knew I'd been having trouble with my weight for a long time.

Liza has always had a great body, unlike me. She has never had to worry about her weight.

Then, while I was sitting at home feeling sorry for myself, the strangest thing happened. Liza gave me a call.📞

She was so happy that she could barely hold it together. So she asked if we could go out for lunch when she got into town.

She heard a woman talk about her "transformation" on a recent flight from Detroit to LA. 
Liza's curiosity got the best of her, so she asked the woman, "Can you tell me about your change?"

She listened as the woman talked about a simple way to end the day. "It makes your body go faster every morning, and it only takes a few seconds to do".

Liza thought this couldn't be real and couldn't be that easy. But she noticed that this traveler looked to be about my age and was in great shape.

She told Liza that keeping a healthy weight has nothing to do with things like:
  • Genetics (which is what my doctor have always told me)
  • Going to bed hungry (I hate that feeling)
  • Not eating your favorite snacks
  • Avoiding carbs
  • ​Working out nonstop
  • Fasting all the time
Etc., etc.

Liza knew I didn't like where I was in life. This video that described the "Caribbean Flush" had changed the passengers life. It could possibly help me too.

Liza was so happy that she called me before her next trip to Phoenix.
So when she got into town, during our lunch, she told me about the passenger and gave me the video link.

After our lunch date, I went home and did some thinking. I looked out the window and realized I had only two options:

1. Worry about what to eat, how much to work out, how to hide my shame, and how to tell my husband "not today."

2. Take the time to watch the whole video about this "Caribbean Flush" and see if it could change me
I chose option #2, spending the time to watch the whole video to see if it could help me. I had nothing to lose, anyway.

After a few months, this simple "Caribbean Flush" effects was profound:
  • My energy levels increased
  • ​I have a higher self-esteem
  • ​My feet are no longer swollen.
  • My sleep quality improved .
  • I no longer get out of breath from just walking.
  • My blood pressure was lower.
  • My blood sugar levels improved
  • ​I started saying "YES" when my husband asked if I wanted to go camping, swimming, or biking.
I'm back, and I've gone from 235 pounds to 145 pounds. Even my doctor is surprised at how much I've changed, and it's all because of a simple bedtime routine.
I'm almost small enough to wear my daughter's jeans.
Amazing things happened when I tried this routine before bedtime.

Given that I am middle aged. I feel like a new woman, young, full of life, rejuvenated. Yes, that is the right word—rejuvenated.

PS: My husband also loves how I've changed. The separation is put aside. Now we can't get enough of each other.
